Nick Rosenbauer, Attorney at Law:

Nick was born and raised in Ft. Thomas, Kentucky. After attending Covington Latin School, he received his undergraduate degrees from Thomas More College. He then received his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law, and his license to practice law in the State of Ohio. During law school, Nick focused his studies on advanced estate and tax planning.

Nick began his career in private practice at a small firm in Dayton, Ohio that concentrated on Social Security Disability. This experience gave him a deeper understanding of planning issues for families who have loved ones with disabilities or special needs. Nick then joined a well-known estate planning firm that allowed him to focus on his passion of helping families. Ultimately, he was called to open his own firm to serve his clients without restrictions.

Having been in practice for over a decade, Nick enjoys giving educational presentations on estate planning topics. He has hosted his own events and has also presented as a guest speaker for financial professionals, business owners, and real estate investors in the area. Nick is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cincinnati Bar Association, where he serves on the Estate Planning and Probate Committee.

Nick currently lives with his wife and their two little boys in Monroe, Ohio. When not at the office, he enjoys running, playing soccer, the occasional round of golf, and chasing his boys around the neighborhood. Nick and his family have season tickets for University of Dayton Basketball. Being a Kentucky boy, he is always on the hunt for a new bourbon to sample (even though he gets in trouble for buying a new bottle before finishing the last bottle he found). Nick belongs to St. Maximilian Kolbe Church, where you can usually find the Rosenbauer family sitting in the very back (just in case the kids get too loud)!
