About The Rosenbauer Law Office:

Nick Rosenbauer founded The Rosenbauer Law Office, LLC, back in 2012, on a belief that people deserved better with their estate plan.  Nick believes that people who have worked their entire lives to build their nest egg are not satisfied with generic, fill in the blank documents that don't address the specific needs of their family.  Nick also did not like seeing that lawyers often rush clients through the process and try to quickly fit each client into the law firm's "assembly line".

Nick decided to take a different approach.  Nick works with a select group of private clients who value a personal relationship with an attorney, focusing on excellent client service and collaborating with the client to create an estate plan that addresses all of their concerns.  Nick begins each meeting with a new client by finding out what is most important.  Then, once Nick is able to understand what is important and what the goals of the client are, Nick works together with the client to find the perfect solution.

The Rosenbauer Law Office will be here to guide you through the entire process of getting your affairs in order.  You will not be rushed through decisions.  We will be there when you have questions or if circumstances in your life change.  Finally, we will continue to support your loved ones once you pass away.

Nick Rosenbauer, Attorney at Law:

Nick Rosenbauer was born and raised in Fort

Thomas, Kentucky.  After attending Covington

Latin School, he received his undergraduate degrees

from Thomas More College.  He then received his

J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law,

and his license to practice law in the State of Ohio.

During law school, Nick focused his studies on

advanced development of Estate and Tax Planning.

Nick began his career in private practice at a small firm in Dayton, Ohio that concentrated on Social Security Disability.  This experience gave him a deeper understanding of planning issues for families who have loved ones with disabilities or special needs.  Nick then joined a well-known estate planning firm in Blue Ash, Ohio that allowed him to perfect his craft and focus on his passion of helping families, before ultimately opening his own firm, The Rosenbauer Law Office.

Now in his 9th year of law practice, Nick enjoys giving educational presentations on estate planning topics.  He has hosted his own events and has also presented as a guest speaker for financial professionals, business owners, and real estate investors in the area.  He devotes himself to over 40 hours of Continuing Legal Education per year. Nick is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cincinnati Bar Association, where he serves on the Estate Planning and Probate Committee.

Nick currently lives with his wife and their new baby in Monroe, Ohio.  The "new parent" phase is still in full effect.  When not at the office, he enjoys running, reading, playing soccer, and the occasional round of golf.  Nick and his wife are season-ticket holders for the University of Dayton basketball and F. C. Cincinnati soccer teams.  Being a Kentucky boy, he is always on the hunt for a new bourbon to sample (even though he gets in trouble for buying a new bottle before finishing the last bottle he found).  Nick belongs to St. Maximilian Kolbe Church, where you can usually find the Rosenbauer family sitting in the very back (just in case baby gets too loud)!
